ARTIST STATEMENT
The Forest is a dark, warm, and barren place where many paths cross on their way to different destinations. These images are meant to play off each other as they define a particular and peculiar world. As in fairy tale forests, familiar reality blurs with magic, imagination, and dream.
They are explorations into my own psyche. Through the creative process of photography, the dreams that I find there are manifested into image.
